1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Climate Change and Disaster Resilient Water Resources Sector Project – additional financing, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

 

2. Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so provided those discounts are included in the Bid Submission Sheet.

 

3. The Water Resources Services under the Ministry of the Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the ОСВ № G-OCB- 1:

    Lot #1 G-OCB-1: Supply of wheeled excavator-loader and wheeled excavator;

Lot #2 G-OCB-1: Supply of manipulators, mixers and dump trucks;

Lot #3 G-OCB-1: Supply of rollers and tractors.

 

4. Open competitive bidding – International advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

 

5. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding:

 

Lot №: 1

• Successful completion as main supplier within the last 3 (three) years, of at least 2 (two) contracts each valued at 80 % with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply equates to USD 950,000.00
• Minimum average annual turnover of USD 2,400,000.00 calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 years.

 

 

 

Lot № 2

• Successful completion as main supplier within the last 3 (three) years, of at least 2 (two) contracts each valued at 80 % with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply equates to USD 1,050,000.00.
• Minimum average annual turnover of USD 2,600,000.00 calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 years.

 

Lot № 3

• Successful completion as main supplier within the last 3 (three) years, of at least 2 (two) contracts each valued at 80 % with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply equates to USD 500,000.00.
• Minimum average annual turnover of USD 1,300,000.00 calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 years.
