Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.<\/li>\n<li>The State Agency for Water Resources under the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Regional Development, Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (\u201cthe Employer\u201d) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for off-farm canal and ancillary works for Kojokaiyr irrigation system.
