Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.<\/li>\n
- The Water Resources Services State Institution under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic (\u201cthe Employer\u201d) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of the 5 boreholes in Panfilov District, Chui Region (\u201cthe Works\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
The project provides for the following types of work:<\/p>\n \n- Installation of the equipment<\/li>\n
- Drilling of wells<\/li>\n
- Connection to the electrical network<\/li>\n
- Fencing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB\u2019s Single-Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.<\/li>\n
- Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
\n- Minimum average annual construction turnover of KGS 53\u00a0000 000 <\/strong>calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years.<\/li>\n
- Participation as a contractor, or subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 5 years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder\u2019s participation exceeds KGS 32\u00a0000 000<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
