    1. The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) \u201cClimate Change and Disaster-Resilient Water Resources Sector Project\u201d for inclusion in the short list forwards a request to consulting companies to submit expression of interest in the selection of a company for rendering consultancy services on “Development of the detailed engineering project for the construction and restoration of five existing canals and one ten-day regulation basin located in Chui, Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions”. Detailed description of services is in the Terms of Reference.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The PIU will select and engage consulting companies, associations or joint ventures (JV) according to the ADB\u2019s<\/em> Guidelines on the Use of Consultants, <\/em>and other arrangements satisfactory to ADB for the engagement of consultants.<\/p>\n

      The Consulting firm, association\/JV will be recruited using ADB \u2018s Consultants\u2019 Qualifications Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method<\/em>.<\/em> The Employer reserves the right to select one firm with the highest qualifications and competence on the basis of expressions of interest (EI) of applicants or can postpone the process without explanation of any reason.<\/p>\n

      Interested consulting firms, associations\/JV should submit an information confirming their eligibility to perform services according to the attached form \u00abExpression of Interest of Consulting Companies\u00bb and Terms of Reference for \u2116 SAWR-C-QCBS-2 \u201cDevelopment of the detailed engineering project for the construction and restoration of five existing canals and one ten-day regulation basin located in Chui, Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions\u201d.<\/p>\n
