A good understanding of the work specifics of government agencies (District Water Management Department), water user associations, farms, and seed production enterprises;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in creating and introducing demonstration plots and organizing farmer field days.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in conducting farmer training courses and seminars on irrigation and agronomy.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of international project experience;<\/li>\n<li>Skills in preparing various types of project documentation and reports;<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of written and spoken Kyrgyz and Russian.
