The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Climate Change and Disaster Resilient Water Resources Sector Project \u2013 additional financing. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.<\/p>\n<p>2. The Water Resources Services under the Ministry of the Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (\u201cthe Employer\u201d) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the OCB \u2116 W-OCB-4 Lot # 1: Modernization of the Karagoo \u2013 Alamedin &#8211; Norus off-farm Canal and installation of an automated SCADA system and digitalization, OCB \u2116 W-OCB-4 Lot # 2: Modernization of the Karagoo \u2013 Alamedin &#8211; Norus off-farm Canal and digitalization, OCB \u2116 W-OCB-4 Lot # 3: Modernization of the on-farm system Karagoo, Alamedin district, Chui region and digitalization (\u201cthe Works\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>3. Open competitive bidding \u2013 international advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB\u2019s Single-Stage: One Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.<\/p>\n<p>4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding:<\/p>\n<p>Lot \u2116 1<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum average annual construction turnover of KGS 170,000,000.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years.<br \/>\n\u2022 Participation as a contractor, or subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 5 years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder\u2019s participation exceeds KGS 200,000,000.00<\/p>\n<p>Lot \u2116 2<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum average annual construction turnover of KGS 140,000,000.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years.<br \/>\n\u2022 Participation as a contractor, or subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 5 years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder\u2019s participation exceeds KGS 170,000,000.00.<\/p>\n<p>Lot \u2116 3<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum average annual construction turnover of KGS 70,000,000.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years.<br \/>\n\u2022 Participation as a contractor, or subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 5 years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder\u2019s participation exceeds KGS 85,000,000.00.<\/p>\n<p>5.
