Contract No. and Title: OCB \u2116 W-OCB-1: Modernization of the Pravaya Vetka off-farm Canal, Nooken district, Jalal-Abad region, installation of an automated SCADA system and digitalization, comprising of 2 Lots<\/p>\n

Deadline for Submission of Bids:\u00a0 October 23, 2026 15:00 (Bishkek time)<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received \ufb01nancing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Climate Change and Disaster Resilient Water Resources Sector Project \u2013 additional financing. <\/em>Part of this \ufb01nancing will be used for payments under the Contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further de\ufb01ned in the bidding document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. The Water Resources Services under the Ministry of the Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (\u201cthe Employer\u201d) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of OCB \u2116 W-OCB-1 Lot # 1: Monolithic reinforced concrete lining of part of the Pravaya Vetka Canal, which is located in the Bazar-Korgon district, L = 6 km., OCB \u2116 W-OCB-1 Lot # 2: Shaidan Vetka second-order Canal and Masy Canal in Nooken district, monolithic reinforced concrete lining, L = 10 km, increase in aqueduct throughput (\u201cthe Works\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB\u2019s Single-Stage: One Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
